اَللّٰهُمَ بِكَ انْتَشَرْتُ وَ اِلَيْكَ تَوَجَّهْت
Allaahumma beka intasharto wa elayka tawajjahto

1. Firstly, perform wuzu.
2. Always offer dua facing qibla
3. Always stay in ablution while performing dua. If you become impure during dua repeat wuzu again and start again performing your dua.
4. Sister please do not perform this dua in your menstrual days.

2.Pray to Prophet Muhammad
Offering rakats of nafl prayer with sincere intentions.
3.Praise Allah
Recite SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, and Allahu Akbar 16 times.
4. Perform Durood
Read Durood-e-Ibrahim 9 times before the dua.
5. Now perform dua which I mentioned above.
You have to read the dua 101 times with pure intentions and believe in Almighty Allah.

6. Close with Durood
End again with Durood-e-Ibrahim 9 times.
