We have created Free Urdu stories for kids with worksheets available at the site. ت کو تنگ مت کرو مریم شہزاد۔ ت تایا کے تکیہ پر سر رکھ کر تاریخی کہانیاں پڑھ رہا تھا- جس کو پڑھ کر اس کے دل میں تمنا پیدا ہو رہی تھی- کہ اس کے پاس بھی تاج اور تخت ہوتا-اور ساتھ ہی مزے دارتربوزاور تکے کھاتا جا رہا تھا-کہ اچانک کہیں سے تتلی آ نکلی- تتلی نے ت کو تنگ کرنا شروع کردیا- ت نے اس کو بہت تمیز سے سمجھایا, کہ وہ اس کو پڑھنے دے- مگر جب وہ باز نہ آئ تو ت تلملا اٹھا۔ اس نے تپ کر پہلے تیر کمان سے اس کا نشانہ لیا- مگر تتلی بچ کر نکل گئی۔ادھر سے ایک تیتر، ترکی سے تاشقند کی طرف تفریح کرتا ہواآ رہا تھا-وہ وہاں سے گزرا تو وہ بھی تتلی کے ساتھ مل کر ت کو تپانے لگا ، اب تو ت نے تلوار نکال لی اور تتلی اور تیتر کی طرف آیا۔ادھر تنویر تالاب پر تیتر کو پکڑنے کے لئے بیٹھا تھا- مگر وہ اس کے ہاتھ سے نکل گیا۔ تانیہ نے تازہ روٹی پکانے کے لئے تندور گرم کیا ، مگر اچانک ہی تیندوا آگیا- تانیہ وہاں سے ڈر کر آ گئی- اور توے پر روٹی پکانے لگی- اور پھرتلور نےت کو غصے میں تلوار کے ساتھ دیکھا تو تلور بھی آگیا، اس نے تالی بجائ- اور تتلی اور تیتر کو منع کیا- کہ ت کو مت ستاؤ ۔ دونوں نے تلور کی بات مان لی- اور توبہ کی کہ اب ت کو تنگ نہیں کریں گے۔ ت خوش ہو گیا اورتولیے سے منہ صاف کرکے تروتازہ ہو گیا- پھرت تکیے پر لیٹ کر تاریکی میں تارے دیکھتے ہوئے نئی ترتیب سے اپنی کتاب کو تکمیل تک پہنچانے کی تیاری کرنے لگا۔ کیوں بچوں آج آپ نے ت سے شروع ہونے والے کتنے الفاظ سیکھے؟ جلدی جلدی کاپی پر لکھ لیں- تاکہ ہمیشہ یاد رہیں۔ Urdu Haroof-i-Tahaji worksheets Videos How can we improve these worksheets? My dear students Our today’s topic of hadith is ”The importance of Salah” Today’s Hadith is Jamia Al-Tirmidhi Hadith no 4 on Salah My dear students, Salah is the second pillar of Islam and it is Farz. We can’t leave it in any condition. Because we will be asked about this. And if we will miss some or many prayers, Allah will not be happy. Salah is our Jannah, because it protects us from many other sins. I will tell you a story in which you will learn how shaytan tries to keep us away from Slat. Once there was an old man. He was very poise and a true believer in Allah. Because of his Ibadah, Good character, and helpful nature, he became a good friend of Allah and Allah protected him from the Shetan. In the start, Shaytan was not happy with him. And later he became his worst enemy. Shaytan tried his best to indulge him in any sin but failed. He came to him with many tricks. He tried to mislead him many times but failed. Shaytan was not happy. There was a feeling of heartburn in satan ‘This old man would go into Jannah? No no never He made a final decision that he will not let this old man offer prayers. I will snatch his key to Jannah. I have to stop this man from offering prayer. Hooon ….. because his Salah is protecting him from me. So he thought of a very powerful trick and he decided what to do to keep that old man away from Salaah. One Day, He comes to the old man in the face from an angle. He praised the old man. He said to him that Allah is very happy with him. And Allah sent me to you to give you news of Jannah. The old man was happy and asked again if it is true. He (the devil) Said ‘ yes, this is true because you are very kind to others and you are serving humanity. Your good deeds raised your status in the eye of Allah Allah Also appointed me to tell you that you are a true believer. Allah is happy with you. Your struggle to help people and offer prayer on time was a trial and you succeeded in it. So Allah says that now you are free to fulfill your rights. You don’t need to offer prayers. Instead, you should spend more time helping my people. The old man was not happy with this. He remains silent. His heart was not ready to believe in it. Then He thought something and stood up saying, Aouzo billahhe minashaitan nirajeem. And shouted ‘ get away from here you Mardood Shaytan. You are here to mislead me. It was you who denied the fulfilling order of Allah and did not prostrate. You are a big enemy of humans. . Allah had never said to his prophets to leave any prayer ever, then how would give me permission to do this? Shaytan was frightened and ran away. Finally, He was defeated. He never tried to come to this old man again. Now Allah SWT was happier with this old man. He increased BARAKAH in the health and time of this old man. May Allah protect us from shytan. My dear students here is a good lesson for us, every time when we intend to do Wudu and offer our Salah, shytan doesn’t let but his Salah was protecting him from shaytan. us to do this. He creates many hurdles. Some time gets late to reach our Salah on time. But we don’t have to give up. Instead, we should be steady in our actions. Because Our Salah is our key to JANNAH. Learn with stories پ کی پریشانی پپ،پپ،پوں،پوں،پپ،پپ، پی پی پوں ‘پ’نئے مستقل شور مچایا ہوا تھا ، سب روز اسے چپ کرانے کی کوشش کر رہے تھے مگر وہ روزانہ یہی کرتا کہ ا بھی سب اپنا کام کرکے تھک کر سوتے اور پ ادھم مچا دیتا ایک دن تو ان تمام حروف کو غصہ ہی آگیا اور انہوں نے پ کو سزا دینے کی ٹھان لی جب پ شور مچا مچا کر تھک گیا اور سونے کے لئے لیٹ گیا تو تمام حروف نے مل کر اس کے نقطے چھپا دیے اور خود بھی سو گئے۔ اب جب صبح پ اٹھا اور اس نے شور مچانے کی کوشش کی تو اس کی کوئی آواز نہ نکلی اس نے اپنے آپ کو غور سے دیکھا تو اسے معلوم ہوا کہ اس کے نقطے ہی غائب ہیں اور نقطوں کے بغیر آواز کیسے نکلتی ، وہ بڑا پریشان ہوا اور بھاگا بھاگا الف بھیا کے پاس گیا اور ان سے پوچھا ” الف بھیا میرے نقطے کہاں گئے؟” الف انگور کھا رہا تھا تھا اس نے کہا “مجھے کیا معلوم ” ۔ وہ ب باجی کے پاس گیا وہ بلی سے کھیل رہی تھی ،ان کو بھی کچھ معلوم نہیں تھا۔ ت تتلی کے پیچھے بھاگ رہی تھی ، ٹ ٹماٹر کھا رہا تھا تو ث ثمر، مگر کسی کو بھی اس سے نقطوں کا معلوم نہیں تھا ۔ اس نے سوچا کہ ج بھیا سے پوچھتا ہوں ہو وہ ج کے پاس گیا ہی تھا وہ جوتے پہن کر نکل گیا اور چ بھی چوہے کو پکڑنے اس کے پیچھے چل دیا ، ح خالی تھا اور حلوہ کھا رہا تھا جب کہ خ خربوزہ،اور د نے تو اس کو لفٹ ہی نہیں کرائی، ڈ نے اس کی بات سن کر زور زور سے ڈھول بجانا شروع کر دیا، ذ ذخیرہ کرنے میں لگا رہا اور ر، ڑ کو لے کر ریل پر چڑھ گیا تو ز نے زنجیر کھینچ لی، پ تو رونے والا ہو گیا کیوں کے کسی کو پتا ہی نہیں تھا کہ وہ کتنا پریشان ہے ؟ وہ س کے پاس گیا تو اس نے سیب کھاتے ہوئے سمجھایا کہ “دیکھو میرے بھی تو نقطے نہیں ہیں” مگر پ اس بات پر ناراض ہو گیا اور ش کے پاس گیا مگر اس کے پاس شیر کو دیکھ کر ڈر گیا اور ص کی صراحی کے پیچھے چھپ گیااور ض کے ضعیف باباکے ساتھ چلتا ہوا ط کے طوطے سے پوچھا مگر اس نے ظ کے پاس بھیج دیا اور ظ نے ع کے پاس ۔ ع نے عینک لگا کر اس کو بغیر نقطوں کے دیکھا تو اس کو ہنسی آ گئی ع کو ہنستے دیکھ کر پ غصے میں غ کے پاس گیا تو غ نے کہا ” تم تو غصّہ میں غبارہ لگ رہے ہو ” پ اس سے بھی ناراض ہو کر ف کے پاس گیا تو اس نے فوارے سے گیلا کر دیا اور ق نے قینچی سے ڈرا دیا، ک کوے اڑانے میں لگا رہا ، گ نے گھوڑے پر سے اس کی طرف گیند اچھال دی ، ل نے لوٹے کو الٹا کے دکھایا کہ اس کے پاس بھی پ کے نقطے نہیں ہیں ، م نے مور کے پروں میں ، مرغی کے انڈوں میں پ کے نقطے تلاش کئے مگر نہیں ملے تو ن نے کہا ” آؤ میں نل کھولتا ہوں تو پانی نکلے گا تم پانی میں سے نقطے اٹھا لینا” مگر نل میں پانی ہی نہیں آیا۔ ‘و ‘ نے ورق پر اس کے نقطے ڈھونڈنے کی اداکاری کی ، ہ ہاتھی پر بیٹھا سب دیکھ رہا تھااس کو پ پر رحم آگیا اس نے پ کو بلایا اور کہا کہ “تم پ سے ‘پیار’کرو ‘پتنگ ‘اڑاومگر سب کو’پریشان ‘ کرنے سے توبہ کرو”اتنے میں چھوٹی ی اور بڑی ے بھی آگئے انہوں نے پ سے پوچھا کہ” اب تو پی پو پاں کرکے سب کو پریشان نہیں کرو گے ؟” پ نے فوراًوعدہ کیا تو سب نے اس کے نقطے واپس کر دیے اب وہ سب کے ساتھ مل کر رہتا ہے ہاں کبھی کبھی کھیل میں شور مچاتا ہے مگر سب کا خیال بھی کرتا ہے کیونکہ اسے پتا ہے کہ سب اس کے نقطے دوبارہ بھی چھپا سکتے ہیں۔ Haroof Tahji Phonics Urdu poems Worksheets for online urdu classes Urdu haroof-e-Tahji storytelling video for online urdu classes Urdu tutor’s Profile Enrolments Available We are offering Online Urdu learning classes to students from All time zones. Welcome to our Online Urdu Classes, Learn Urdu with an Urdu tutor Urdu haroof e tahaji free worksheets and story series NO1 “ب” بہت بردبار مریم شہزاد ب آج بہت خوش تھا- کبھی برفی کھاتا- تو کبھی ٹھندی ٹھنڈی برف باری کے مزے لیتا ۔ کبھی ھ کو جاکر چھیڑتا تو وہ بھا بھا کرکے رونے لگتا ۔کبھی ڑ کو سوتے سے جگا دیتا- تو وہ بڑبڑانے لگتا ۔ ش نے ب سے خوشی کی وجہ پوچھی- تو اس نے خوشی خوشی بتایا۔ مجھے پتا چلا ہے- کہ ب کتنے کام کا ہے اور ب سے کتنے ہی نام شروع ہوتے ہیں ۔ -اچھا ہمیں بھی بتاؤ”۔۔ س اور ش ایک ساتھ بولے” سب سے پہلے تو اسلام کے سب سے پہلے مؤذن حضرت بلال رضہ پھر ب سے بابا، ب سے بلی، ب سے بچہ بھی اور بوڑھا بھی ب سے ، بھائ ، بہن اور بارش بھی ب سے ،بھالوبندر، بکری،باڑہ بھی ب سے ۔ اوربھوک میں بیر، بادام ، برفی، بالو شاہی، بسکٹ، اور ب سے بہادر، باغی اور ۔۔اور ۔۔۔” ج ادھر سے گزر رہا تھا ب کی باتیں سن کر رک گیااور جل کر کہا “بد تمیز،بد اخلاق، بد ترین اور برائیاں بھی تو ب سے ہی ہیں” ب نے مسکرا کر کہا “ب سے صرف بد ہے اس کے آگے آپ دوسرے الفاظ لگا رہے ہیں.” تو ج چپکے سے ادھر ادھر ہو گیا ب کی باتیں سن کر اور حروف بھی جمع ہوگئے تھے ۔ ب پھر پولا ” اور مشہور نظمیں ” بلبل کا بچہ”اور “بلو کابستہ” اور”بچے کی دعا” “بھائی بھلکڑ “بھی ب سے ۔۔۔اور بڑھیا کا بکسہ ، بڑھئی ،اور بھٹہ اور ۔۔۔اور بھٹی اور بھول چوک ، برکت،جیسے الفاظ، یہ سب بھی تو ب سے ہی آتے ہیں ۔ “بہت خوب ب ، بہت ہی خوب ۔۔۔” ایک کڑکتی ہوئ آواز آئ ۔سب نے پلٹ کر دیکھا تو ک کھڑا ب کو گھور رہا تھا ” ککک کیا ہوا ک جی ۔۔” ب نے ہکلاتے ہوئے پوچھا ” سب سے اہم چیز تو تم بھول ہی گئے۔۔” ک نے گھورا اور کہا “ب سے بسم اللّٰہ ۔۔۔ ” تو ب دل ہی دل میں بہت شرمندہ ہوا ۔ “چلو اب سب کو بسم اللّٰہ پڑھاؤ..” ک نے پھر کہا تو ب نے اس کا کہنا مان کر ٹ سے ٹوپی لی اور نہایت ہی ادب سے سب کو بسم اللّٰہ الرحمٰن الرحیم پڑھائی اور سوچا کہ یہ تو مجھے سب سے پہلے بتانا تھا پتا نہیں میں بھول کیوں گیا۔۔پھر ب نے سوچا کہ اب بہتر ہے کہ زیادہ شیخی نہ ماری جائے اور بردبار بن جایا جائے۔ Urdu haroof-e-Tahji storytelling Worksheets by Urdu tutor Urdu tutor’s Profile Enrolments Available We are offering Online Urdu learning classes to students from All time zones. Welcome to our Online Urdu Classes, Learn Urdu with an Urdu tutor Urdu haroof e tahaji free worksheets and story series NO1 الف خالی کی کہانی مریم شہزاد آج الف بہت اداس تھا کسی کے ساتھ بھی نہیں کھیل رہا تھا سب اس کو بلاتے مگر وہ سوتا بن جاتا۔ اس کے نہ ہونے سے سب حروف بہت پریشان تھے ۔کیونکہ اس کے بغیر کتنے ہی کام رک گئے تھے ۔ بانو الف کے بغیر اپنا نام لکھتی تو بنو ہوجاتا ۔احمد اپنا نام لکھنا چاہتا تو حمد بن جاتا۔ کوئی پانی مانگتا تو اس کے منہ سے پنی نکلتا ۔امی آٹا منگوانا چاہتی تھی مگر الف کے چھپنے کی وجہ سے آ بھی غائب تھا ۔ صبح سے رات ہوگئی مگر الف کی اداسی دور نہ ہوئی ۔ دوسرے دن صبح سب حروف مل کر الف کے پاس گئے اور اداسی کی وجہ پوچھی ۔ پہلے تو الف کچھ نہ بولا مگر جب سب نے اصرار کیا تو بولا “آج صبح مدرسے میں قاری صاحب پڑھا رہے تھے کہ الف خالی ، ب کے نیچے ایک نقطہ ، ت کے اوپر دو نقطے ، ث کے اوپر تین ۔۔۔۔۔اور میں خالی۔۔۔۔ ” یہ کہہ کر وہ پھوٹ پھوٹ کر رونے لگا۔ اس کو روتا دیکھ کر سب حروف پریشان ہو گئے آخر وہ سب سے بڑا تھا اور بڑا بھائی پریشان ہو تو سب ہی پریشان ہوجاتے ہیں۔ سب الف کے پاس سے ہٹ گئے اور مل کر کچھ سوچنے لگے اچانک ح بولا ” ارے یہ تو ہم نے سوچا ہی نہیں۔۔” “کیااااا؟؟”سب نے یک زبان ہو کر پوچھا ” سب میرے ساتھ الف بھیا کے پاس چلو ، ابھی سمجھاتا ہوں .” سارے حروف حیران پریشان ح کے پیچھے چل پڑے ۔ ح نے الف کو مخاطب کیا۔ “الف بھیا !!! آپ تو سب سے بڑے ہیں اور سب سے سمجھدار بھی لیکن آج آپ کو کیا ہوا۔۔ ۔” الف نے گھبرا کر ح کو دیکھا کہ وہ کیا کہنا چاہ رہا ہے “۔ یہ دیکھیں میں بھی تو خالی ہوں ، یہ ط ، ص ، س ، ع، ل ، ک ر، د ہم سب بھی بغیر نقطوں کے ہیں ، پھر آپ خالی ہونے سے کیوں گھبرا گئے۔” “اور کیا الف بھیا میں تو کتنی چھوٹی ہوں مگر میں بھی تو اکیلی ہوں” گول ہ بولی “اور الف بھیا ! آپ سے تو کتنے سارے لفظ اور نام شروع ہوتے ہیں اور کتنے سارے حروف تو آپ کے بغیر کچھ کر ہی نہیں سکتے ۔” ف نے دلاسا دیا ۔ “غ نے کچھ غصہ دکھا کر کہا کہ آپ نے دوسری کلاس میں یہ نہیں سنا کہ استاد ہر حرف کے ساتھ آپ کو ملا رہے تھے ، جیسے ج+ا =جا۔ ب+ا=با۔ٹ+ا=ٹا ۔ بچے کیسے مزے سے ٹاٹا کرتے ہیں یہ نہیں سوچا آپ نے ، بس روٹھ کر بیٹھ گئے۔ “اور اللّہ پاک کا نام آپ سے شروع ہوتا ہے یہ بھی آپ بھول گئے”.ج نے ناراضگی سے کہا اب تو الف بھیا بہت شرمندہ ہوئے اور ان کو سب حروف پر پیار بھی بہت آیا کہ سب نے مل کر ان کو کتنے اچھے سے سمجھایا، انہوں نے سب حروف سے معافی مانگی اور سب کو پیار کیا کہ ان سب نے الف کو درست راستہ دکھایا ورنہ تو وہ خواہ مخواہ ہی پریشان ہو گئے تھے۔ Video of this Story Urdu heroof e tahaji Alif ki free worksheets Worksheet story. The virtues of A blind Sahabi Abdullah Bin Umm Maktoum R.A Story and Hadith on Virtues. عبداللہ ابن ام مکتوم کی کہانی اور حدیث نیکی کیا ہے؟ السلام علیکم پیارے بچو! پیارے بچو کیسے ہیں آپ سب؟ امید ہے کہ اللہ ہاک کے فضل سے آپ سب ٹھیک ہوں گے اور سیرتِ نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم پر ۔ عمل کرنے کی پوری کوشش کر رہے ہوں گے. ہماری آج کی حدیث اور اس سے متعلقہ کہانی بڑی دلچسپ ہے-آئیے شروع کرتے ہیں-آج کی حدیث کا موژضوع ہے نیکی ۔-حدیث ہے کہ۔۔۔۔. “کسی بھی نیکی کو حقیر مت جانو” یہ حدیث اس بات کی وضاحت کرتی ہے کہ ہر نیکی کا ایک اپنا مقام ہے. ہمیں چھوٹی نیکیوں کو چھوڑ کر بڑی نیکی تلاش کرنے میں اپنا وقت ضائع نہیں کرنا چاہیے. میں جانتی ہوں تمام بچے اچھے کام کرنا چاہتے ہیں. لیکن وہ یہ نہیں جانتے کہ کب اور کیسے انہیں اس پہ بڑا ثواب مل سکتا ہے. کیا آپ جانتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پیارے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم نے فرمایا “اگر تم راستے سے کوئی رکاوٹ ہٹا دو تاکہ کسی کو اس سے تکلیف نہ پہنچے، یا اپنے والدین کو دیکھ کر مسکراؤ تاکہ وہ خوش ہوں تو یہ بھی نیکی ہے “ آج میں آپ کو ایک بڑے نیک صحابی عبداللہ ابن مخدوم کی کہانی سناؤں گی، وہ ایک بڑے عمدہ اور بہترین صحابی تھے. وہ نابینا تھے مگر نیکی کے کاموں کے بڑے شوقین تھے. انہیں علم حاصل کرنے کا بھی بہت شوق تھا ایک مرتبہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم غیر مسلموں کو دین اسلام کی تبلیغ کرنے میں مشغول تھے، محفل میں بہت بڑے بڑے رتبے والے سردار موجود تھے، عین اسی وقت عبداللہ ابن مخدوم تشریف لائے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم سے کوئی سوال پوچھا. آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم بات کرنے میں مصروف تھے لہٰذا انہوں نے توجہ نہ فرمائی اور اپنا رخ غیر مسلموں سرداروں کی جانب موڑ لیا. اللہ پاک بہترین جاننے والا ہے. کہ کون علم جاننے کا بہترین شوق رکھتا ہے اور کون محفل میں بری نیت سے بیٹھا ہے. اللہ پاک نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم کا صحابی کو نظر انداز کرنا ناپسند کیا. اور ابن مخدوم سے اپنی محبت کے اظہار کے لیے ایک سورہ “عبس” نازل کی. اس کے بعد آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم حضرت عبداللہ سے اور بھی زیادہ محبت کرنے لگے. کیونکہ اب وہ جان گئے تھے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ عبداللہ سے محبت کرتے ہیں. اور صحابہ میں ان کا درجہ بڑا بلند ہے. پیارے بچو، اس کے بعد غزوہ بدر کا موقع تھا، اللہ پاک نے بتایا کہ جو اس جنگ کے لیے جائے گا اسے زیادہ اجر ملے گا اس شخص کی نسبت جو گھر بیٹھا رہا. عبداللہ نے خواہش کی کہ کاش وہ بھی جا سکیں، لیکن انہیں اجازت نہ ملی کیونکہ وہ نابینا تھے. اب پھر اللہ نے آیات نازل فرمائیں کہ بچے، عورتیں اور معذوروں کو جنگ کے لیے مجبور نہ کیا جائے گا. لیکن عبداللہ اصرار کرتے رہے نبی کریم صل اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم نے ان سے پوچھا کہ عبداللہ تم وہاں کیا کرو گے؟ تم دشمن کو دیکھ نہیں سکتے اس لیے تم لڑائی نہیں کر سکو گے-وہ کہنے لگے کہ میں اسلام کا پرچم اٹھاؤں گا اور اسے گرنے نہیں دوں گا یہاں تک کہ وفات پا جاؤں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ و سلم مسکرائے- مگر اجازت نہ دی. عبداللہ بہت افسردہ ہوئے لیکن ایک دوسری جنگ، جنگ قادسیہ میں انہیں یہ موقع مل گیا. وہ بہت خوش ہوئے. وہ جنگ کے لیے تیار ہوئے، وہ جھنڈا تھامے ہوئے تھے جب انہیں شہید کر دیا گیا پیارے بچو، آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ وہ نابینا تھے لیکن انہوں نے اپنی کمزوری کو اپنی نیکی کے راستے میں نہیں آنے دیا. وہ مسلسل نیکی کرنے کی کوشش کرتے رہے، اللہ پاک ان سے بہت خوش ہوئے. ان شاء اللہ ہم بھی ان کی طرح نیکیاں اکٹھی کرنے کی کوشش جاری رکھیں گے ہم مسکرائیں گے، خوش رہیں گے، اپنی چیزیں دوسروں کے ساتھ بانٹ کر استعمال کریں گے، علم سیکھیں گے، اور جنت حاصل کرنے کے لیے بہت ساری نیکیاں کریں گے. اب اس حدیث کو لکھیں اور اپنے بزرگوں اور دوستوں کے ساتھ شئیر کریں. اور اپنی کسی نیکی کے متعلق وڈیو بنا کر بھیجنا نہ بھولیں. والسلام! Hadith no 20 The best virtue This hadith explains that every virtue has worth and we should not leave small virtues and waste our time finding big virtues. Every single good deed is worth it for us. I know all children want to do good deeds, but they don’t know how and when they can collect big ajer on them. Do you know our prophet SAW said that … ‘ if you remove any hurdle from the path so that someone would not hurt from it, or smile at your parents to make them happy., it is also a virtue. Story of Abdulla Ibne ume Makdoom RA Today I want to tell you a story of A very virtual Sahabi, Abdulla Ibne ume Makdoom RA. He was a very nice and lovely Sahabi. He was blind He was very eager to do good deeds for Ajer. He was also very eager to learn knowledge. Once our prophet SAW was busy preaching to non-Muslims. There were very big Sardars(chiefs of Quraish) in the meeting. Right at that time, Abdullah Ibn Makhdoom asked a question to Our Nabi SAW. Nabi Saw was busy so he ignored him and turned his side toward Non-Muslim. Allah knows the best. Allah knows who is keen to learn and who is sitting with a bad heart in that meeting. Allah didn’t like to ignore the Sahabi. He loved Abdulla Ibne Makhdoom RA, so to show His love, Allah revealed a Surah for him that was, Surah A’BA’SA’. After that Our nabi started to love more to Abdullah more. Because now he realized that Allah loved Abdullah and he really has a good rank in sahabah. My dear children, after this It was time for the Bader fight. Allah revealed that who will go for this fight will have more ajer rather than who will sit at home. Abdullah Ibne Makhdoon RA wished he could attend this fight. But he was not allowed. Because he was blind. Hence, Allah again revealed verses that Handicaps and children and women will not be forced to attend this fight. But Abdullah was insisting. Nabi SAW asked him. ‘Abdullah what will you do there? You would not be able to see the enemy and can’t fight.’ But he was not ready to leave this virtue. He replied: ‘I will hold the flag of Islam. And would not let it fall Hence I will die. ‘Yes, I can do this. Nabi SAW smiled but didn’t allow him. He was very sad. But in another battle, that was called Qadisia. He got this opportunity. He was happy. He got ready for the battle. He was holding the Flag of Islam. Finally, he was killed and got shahada. Dear children you can see, he was blind, but he didn’t let this weakness leave any virtue. He tried and tried to do virtues. Allah was happy with him. To earn more virtues, We will smile, be happy, share our things with others, we will learn knowledge, and gather a lot of virtues to get Jannah in sha Allah. Introduction of Surah-tu-Kafiron Surah-tu-Kafiron is 109th Surah in Quran. This surah is the surah with rejects all types of shirk. It teach us that , Allah is only one creator. It teaches us how to say no to disbelievers if they invite us for any type of compromise or deal? It was revealed, when the Makens were failed to stop spreading Islam. They tried many tricks to stothe p prophet Muhammad SAW to stop preaching Islam. But Islam was spreading day by day. In their attempt to earn the Prophet’s favour, the Quraysh people offered him riches, status, and beautiful women to marry if only he would stop preaching about Allah. When this did not work out, they proposed another solution. The Quraysh people told the Prophet that they will accept Allah as their god for one year and, in return, the Prophet (PBUH) will have to agree to pray to their gods in the next year. They offered that if what he brought was better, they will partake of it Allah is believed to be the one and only true god. And, the Quran is said to be a revelation from him. But Allah declared this was not acceptable deal. And you keep your Idols with you. Step 2. Verse by Verse word meanings We did word-to-word translation and then Full Translation was done where pictures helped us understand the theme of Surah. So kids have been taught the meaning of words. We have three options to write and learn word meanings. 1 write Word to word meanings on the book My First Quran with pictures. It makes sense. Connecting words with pictures make it easy for long-term memory. 2. Take notes in your notebook. Children do write Arabic words before class or get printed and dispatch it with notes book. 3. Write word meanings with an infographic in the notebook. It’s a bit time taking activity but for my students and me very interesting and help full. Step 3 Surah-tu-kafiron Translation and InfoGraphics After learning the word meanings of Surah-tu-Kafiron, children continue to memorize surah verse by verse with meanings, They do write verses with translation and infographics, As children do use My first Quran with pictures book to translation with infographics. Sometimes they also do infographics with their creativity and other activities in the classroom. Here are some pictures of infographics. Step 4 Tafseer and exercise, Discussion of Surah-tu-Kafiron The exercise was done. Where children recite sorah by heart with translation. Within this besides infographics were done verse by verse. What was the story I told to my students before starting this surah? The story was Why we should say NO to other gods? If one day someone would say to you, Please come to my place, I will give you a new mom, which would be more beautiful, more loving, she will fulfill your wishes, she would have more fun to do with you. But you have to leave your mother. what would be your answer? And if someone offers you to exchange his mom for one year. Would you like it? Of course the answer was We will never accept this offer. Islamic courses online| Tafsir for Children| Surah Zalzalah 99 Step 1: Introduction of Surah-tu-zalzalah: Surah Zalzalah is 99 chapter of the Quran. It has 8 verses. It was revealed in Makkah. Surah Zalzalah, also known as “The Earthquake” in English, is a special chapter from the Quran, which is the holy book of Islam. It’s a short but powerful surah that teaches us important lessons about the Day of Judgment and the consequences of our actions. Imagine a time when the whole Earth shakes and trembles, like when you play with a toy and make it shake on purpose. Surah Zalzalah tells us about a time when the Earth will shake not because of a game but because of something very serious. In this surah, Allah, who Muslims believe is the Creator of everything, tells us about the events that will happen on the Day of Judgment. It’s like a big, important day when all people will be judged for their actions, both good and bad. Surah Zalzalah reminds us that even the tiniest of our actions, good or bad, will be shown to us. It’s like a movie where we get to see everything we did in our lives. If we do good things, it will make us happy, but if we do bad things, it will make us feel sad and regretful. So, this surah teaches us to be good, kind, and honest in our lives because, on the Day of Judgment, our actions will be like a big puzzle, and we want it to be full of good pieces. Just like we try to be the best we can be in school or when playing with our friends, we should also try to be the best we can be in our actions and deeds every day. That way, when the Earth shakes on the Day of Judgment, we’ll have a reason to smile because our puzzle will be full of goodness. Verse 1: Verse 2: Verse 3: Verse 4: Verse 5: Verse 6 Verse 7: Verse 8: Step 3: Verse-by-verse Tafsir of Surah Zalzalah (The Earthquake) according to Ibn Kathir: Verse 1: زُلْزِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا Translation: “When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake.” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: In this verse, Ibn Kathir explains that it refers to the earth’s final shaking, which will happen on the Day of Judgment. This shaking will be extremely powerful and will result in momentous events, causing everything on the earth to change. It signifies the end of the world as we know it. Verse 2: وَأَخْرَجَتِ الْأَرْضُ أَثْقَالَهَا Translation: “And the earth discharges its burdens.” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir explains that this verse means that the earth will reveal all the deeds, good and bad, that were buried within it. Every person’s actions and their consequences will become evident on the Day of Judgment, and nothing will remain hidden. Verse 3: وَقَالَ الإِنسَـنُ مَا لَهَا Translation: “And man says, ‘What is [wrong] with it?’ -“ Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir notes that this verse portrays the reaction of human beings on that day when they witness the extraordinary events unfolding. People will be astounded and bewildered by the drastic changes in the earth’s state, and they will question what has happened. Verse 4: يَوْمَئِذٍۢ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَـرَهَا Translation: “That Day, it will report its news” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir explains that on the Day of Judgment, the earth will bear witness to all that has occurred on its surface, including the deeds of mankind. It will “report its news” by revealing the actions and events that took place on it, testifying to the truth of Allah’s judgment. Verse 5: بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا Translation: “Because your Lord has commanded it.” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir mentions that the earth will narrate its news and disclose everything due to the command of Allah. It is a divine decree that all that was hidden will be exposed on the Day of Judgment. Verse 6: يَوْمَئِذٍۢ يَصْدُرُ ٱلنَّاسُ أَشْتَـٰٓءَ لِيُرَوْا۟ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ Translation: “That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds.” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir explains that on that Day, people will be separated into groups based on their deeds. They will witness the consequences of their actions, whether good or bad. This is a day of judgment and recompense. Verse 7: فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَـٰلَ ذَرَّةٍۢ خَيْرًۭا يَرَهُۥ Translation: “So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it,” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir emphasizes that even the smallest deeds, whether good or bad, will be brought forth on that Day. If someone has performed even the tiniest amount of good, they will see its reward. Verse 8: وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَـٰلَ ذَرَّةٍۢ شَرًّۭا يَرَهُۥ Translation: “And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it.” Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Ibn Kathir concludes that similarly, the smallest evil deed will also be shown to its doer on the Day of Judgment. No action, no matter how small, will go unnoticed, and everyone will be held accountable for their deeds. This Tafsir by Ibn Kathir helps us understand the deeper meanings and implications of each verse in Surah Zalzalah, especially in the context of the Day of Judgment and the consequences of our actions. So this day has no example but making it easy I asked them to imagine, what we do when we eat snacks or chips when it gets finished.
